Getting Started with Call Tracking

Call tracking is the method of measuring marketing campaigns via the analytics of inbound calls from customers. This method empowers marketers to measure the performance of any marketing campaign both online (e.g., display, adwords, etc.) and offline (e.g., newspaper, billboards, etc.); where ever the company’s phone numbers are listed. These phone call insights include, how many times the phone number has been called, duration of each call, phone number and location of the caller, etc.

These analytics helps companies track conversion rates across all marketing channels and optimize marketing ROI as well as identify unique behaviors of highly qualified leads.

Basic Call Tracking

Plivo enables you to retrieve call analytics on all calls (live or completed) that’s associated with your Plivo number. We provide examples and Helper Libraries so that you can add the functionality in any web standard languages you need.

To get all call details, simply set your URI to the following:
